What is an International Representative

Canada Nanny Network partners with International Representatives in over 50 countries around the world to bring the most qualified and well-trained Nannies to Canada. In order to increase the number of available Nannies through Canada Nanny Network, we have partnered with numerous International Representatives around the world.

International Representatives represent Canada Nanny Network in their local country. Each representative takes care of the marketing for and recruitment of new Nanny candidates. After recruiting new candidates, our International Representatives help the candidate through an extensive screening process to ensure only the most qualified candidate participate in the program.

After the screening and application process, International Representatives facilitate Canada Nanny Network ’s new and comprehensive 40 hour Canada Nanny Network training. Through this training the applicant will increase their knowledge and experience, while improving their understanding of child care in Canada.

International Representatives play a vital role in the placement of their candidates . In addition to helping the candidate through the screening and application process, they also help the candidate prepare for phone interviews with Host Families as well as assisting them in all the preparation for embassy interviews.

How to become an International Representative

We are always looking for new International Representatives to provide the best options for our Host Families. We prefer International Representatives who have previous experience working with a cultural exchange Program as we have found that these representatives are committed to providing young people with a great learning experience.

We require our International Representatives to be fluent in both spoken and written English. It is important for our International Representatives to have strong English skills because they rate the candidates’ English level, communicate with our staff at our corporate office and help Au Pairs to understand information sent from Canada Nanny Network.

If you are interested in becoming an International Representative, we would love to hear from you. Please provide us with background information about your company and the best ways to contact you. All International Representatives are contract employees.
